It’s the end of our 8th wedding season.  8 years!  We’ve seen some trends come and go, some we were happy to wave goodbye to (frozen cocktails, we’re looking at you…) but others have really stuck the distance. While bright colours and Black and White weddings have been huge in 2023, pastels and rustic themed events have not been as popular as previous years but some classic bar trends such as a His N’ Hers cocktail, are as popular as ever.

Obviously, there’s so much more to consider than trends when it comes to planning a great wedding, but a little forward thinking inspo never hurt anyone right?

Here are my top trend predictions for the 2024 Wedding Season:

1.  Cocktail Hour is here to stay!  The Welcome Cocktail Hour is SO popular and there’s a reason for that!
2. Espresso Martini Towers are in.  Espresso Martini to drink alongside that delightful wedding cake, don’t mind if I do!
3. Margarita! Margarita!  I’ve made more Marg’s this last season that I’ve ever made before- Coconut, Spicy, Pineapple or just Classic, all Marg’s are equal in our eyes.
4. Low ABV Alternatives.  Just because you’re drinking alcohol, doesn’t mean every drink has to be strong, half-strength Mojito anyone?
5. Ceremony Drinks- gone are the days of the dry ceremony, there’s nothing like watching that first kiss with a glass of bubbles in hand!
