The Bedford Bar does book up a long time in advance so if you'd like us to party with you please enquire about availability.

We will then create a proposal based on what you've told us about your event, guest numbers and hours of service. Still happy?

It's contract time! Fill in and sign our contract and Terms and Conditions, we do require a 25% deposit based on estimated numbers to confirm a date.

(or sooner if you're booking within that time!) we'll send you over an event questionnaire. Fill us in, no detail is too small (trust me, it's all in those details!)

Sophie and her amazing team were absolutely amazing at our wedding. We can’t thank them enough. No problem was too big, even running out of alcohol!!! They grabbed more from down the road and kept the party going. The truck is magnificent and makes for amazing photos. We would definitely recommend them and use them again in a heart beat.
